that Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived to hear the following at 10:30 a.m.,                                                          
April 23 in the Resources Committee:                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 98                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to forest land use plans; relating to forest land                                                          
    use plan appeals; relating to negotiated timber sales; and providing
